Rights in final approved deliverables transfer only after all applicable fees have been paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Drafts, unused concepts, templates, methods, and working files remain the property of Aethel Gardens.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue, engagement, or advertising results.
8. Liability and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
